2. Subscriptions and Payments

• ZentroData services are provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly via Stripe.
• By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your provided payment method according to the selected plan.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Google Account and API Use

Some features require connecting your Google account. When you do so, you authorize us to use Google OAuth to access certain Google APIs (Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.).

• Our access is limited to creating and populating files necessary to provide the service.
• We do not store your Google Drive or Sheets data, nor do we share it with third parties.

ZentroData's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZentroData for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Interfere with the functionality of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on ZentroData.com are owned by AwakenLabs LLC or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for personal or business use as intended.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify our services without written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ZentroData is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwakenLabs LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ZentroData.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting an updated version on our site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
